Eggnoid

Hey guys, this is a review for a ongoing webtoon called "Eggnoid" by Archie the red cat, which currently has 74 episodes and counting; it updates every Monday, Saturday and Sunday. It is under the romance genre of webtoon and it doesn't miss a minute to make my heart skip a beat. Imagine, a huge egg appears in your room and out comes a handsome boy or girl who starts calling you daddy or mommy, a bit on the weird side huh? Yet this is what happens to a teenager that lives alone called Ran and what does she do? She names him Eggy and lets him stay with her for the time being, while she tries to figure out what or where he comes from. The eggnoid or Eggy as she calls him looks about the same age as her but has child like personalities, like calling himself in the third person, not knowing how to put on clothes and the innocent way he thinks at times. Eggy has rapidly made his way into many fan girl hearts (me being one of them), but like all webtoons it's not going to be that simple.... boy meets girl... girl likes boy... boy feels the same way even though he landed from  a space egg and happily ever after. Instead there is drama, both normal high school bullying and jealousy but also along the road of discovering where Eggy came from and Ran's past. This webtoon shows people's personalities and ways in which they think so to speak, from Eggy's naive way of thinking and more or less accepting what everyone tells him when he considers them a friend to Ran's role model behavior and kind of holding Eggy to that standard. Or Ran not wanting to be a burden on people she cares about or not making the same mistake twice, yet she finds a connection to Eggy. Of course there are other characters but this is the two main ones that I have focused on with out giving much away. You can check it out as well through this link here: here

The art is absolutely fantastic, the colours are warm and the background details are perfectly on point. it gives me that warm fuzzy feeling from romance mangas that I get some times at love scenes. You can clearly see the effort the author puts in place in terms of quality. This is my opinion however and if anyone would like to see for yourself then please check out Eggnoid for yourself and judge, hopefully you love it as much as I do.

Smile Brush

Hey guys this review is for a webtoon called "Smile Brush", by Waroo, which has two seasons and the name of the other one is "Smile brush: My Old Pictures". "Smile Brush", is about a boy with long, which alot of people thought was a girl at the start of the webtoon. It depicts new adventures and everyday experiences as well as new ones of Waroo; everything from bargaining for a new MP3 player to mourning the loss of someone special and explaining why he doesn't cut his hair (that one got me in the feelings). While "Smile Brush: My Old Pictures", looks at Waroo's younger life and it is seriously hilarious at times. they are both categorized as heartwarming and trust me it is, this webtoon will have you laughing, crying and everything in between. The first season of "Smile Brush", is 35 episodes and the second "Smile Brush: My Old Pictures" is 55 episodes. If you want something to read and love a bit of comedy and grea...

My Dear Cold Blooded Prince

Hey guys, this is a review for a ongoing webtoon called "My Dear Cold Blooded Prince" also known as one of the reasons why I love Sundays, by lifelight. It currently has 65 episodes and currently updates every Sunday, it's also labelled under romance but there is enough drama to make your blood pressure go sky high. The main story line is about a young strong woman called Mei, who has a very righteous and no nonsense attitude, a person who stands up for those in  need no matter ow dumb or dangerous it might be. She gets her strength from hard work and her brother who we find out is dead... or is he? The kingdom /Mei live in is ran by the blood king, a ruthless murderer who cares little about human life, well at least so he is portrayed by stories because no one has actually seen his real face. Many events pass and Mei finds herself in trouble, yet again but ends up saving a young boy who turns out to be a royal, she is then invited to the castle to work in the medical wi...
